What is the minimum quantity I need to order to place an order on your site?

No Minimum Quantity per order. However we usually deliver Free Into Store (FIF) for orders of eight or more garments.

Yes, we need your ABN number

What currency do you accept?

All merchandise listed on our site is listed in AUS dollars.

Where is merchandise shipped from?

The items are always shipped to you from within Australia.

If there are any defective products, what is your policy?

Claims will only be accepted within 14 days after delivery. Returns of goods will only be processed with prior authorization; and must be in the original packaging and condition.

Does GST apply to purchases?

GST applies to all prices, in Australia. No GST applies to overseas purchases.

Is there any local pick-up available?

No, there is no local pick-up as all merchandise will be delivered straight to you, by courier.

Do you offer samples?

Is the “stock service” merchandise always available?

Due to the nature of our business and the high volume of sales we receive it is possible that even though an item is listed as “stock service” it may actually be out of stock. We will let you know before you send the money whether the item is ready to be shipped or not.
